Our construction design service takes you through the entire process of visualizing and planning every room in your new build home or full-scale renovation, not only for aesthetics, but for functionality as well. We’ll work with you on selecting all finishes and materials, drawing all technical and to-scale drawings for your builder and subcontractors to follow, and masterfully coordinate vendors and installations.

Our most comprehensive design service. We handle all the details of your new construction or full-scale renovation, from studs to styling! We understand the daily demands on the schedules of the busy professionals that we work with, so we provide them with a level of service where they don't have to worry about coordinating vendors, scheduling installations, managing the move-in process, curating decor & furniture, or even stocking the kitchen. Our goal is for our clients to experience the true luxury that they deserve by outsourcing the management of their project to the ZDD team, the true design experts.
